Shipping Policy

All items are shipped from my studio in London.

​

Dispatch time do vary slightly, please see the below:

1-2 days for all Hair Accessories, AirPod cases Mirrors and Hair Scarves 

2-4 days for all Collars, Bags, and Purses.

5-10 days for Clothing

You will always receive an email notifying you when your order has been dispatched, along with any applicable tracking numbers.

POSTAGE:

​

All orders are sent using Royal Mail 1st class service. This is Not a tracked service.

​

All UK standard over £40 will be Free Tracked and Signed service.

All International Standard over £50 will be Free via Royal Mail Tracked and Signed Service.

By placing an order with Hitey Titey you are therefore responsible for all shipping charges, custom import fees, and the cost of returns back to Hitey Titey.

All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer.

Return & Exchange Policy

​

Every bit of care and attention has gone into the making of all of the products. if however you are not entirely satisfied with the quality of your purchase, then please do get in touch and every attempt will be made to rectify and resolve any issues.

Please ensure all returns are in their original condition, unworn and with all tags still in place, and are returned no later than 14 days

Refunds will be processed within 5 working days. If you have request for an exchange, please email the details of which item(s) you would like instead.

 

Buyers are  responsible for all shipping costs and the safe return of items. We suggest sending any returns recorded to ensure delivery
